Kashkha Style Policies When you place an order from the Kashkha Style website or app, you acknowledge that you have read, agreed, and accepted the store policies, which means committing to these policies in all their parts: A. Cancellation Policies: We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order, so we would like to note that if the order is canceled after its status has changed to "Completed," the order amount will be refunded after deducting shipping fees. To cancel your order, please contact the customer service team via the store's WhatsApp. Refund Period: 1. For customers who paid via Mada - Visa - Apple Pay: • After receiving the product and confirming its safety, we will contact you to request your banking details (IBAN number - bank name - account holder's name). • The amount will be transferred within 7 – 14 working days at most, after deducting shipping fees at purchase and upon return. 2. For customers with orders paid via Tabi: • The refund will be processed after deducting shipping and return fees, via Tabi, within 7 - 14 working days at most. 3. For customers with orders paid via Tamara: • The refund will be processed after deducting shipping and return fees, via Tamara, within 7 - 14 working days at most. B. Exchange and Return Policies: • "Exchange" requests are accepted within 14 days from the order date. • "Return" requests are accepted within 7 days from the order date. • Shipping cost for exchange or return: 40 Riyals. • All products must be returned unused and in their original condition with all accessories and original packaging. • No exchange or return will be accepted if the product has been tampered with, whether by damaging the packaging or the product itself. • Products that have been damaged, stained, or used will not be accepted for exchange or return. • If the product is defective due to manufacturing (broken or damaged) and approved after inspection, compensation will be provided via one of the following options: 1. Refund of the amount paid. 2. Exchange for another product from the store at no cost. 3. The store will bear the shipping costs, provided that the issue is reported within 4 days of receiving the product. Miscellaneous Provisions: • Kashkha Style reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may affect the benefit of other customers from promotional offers. • Products and gifts offered through the store are for personal use or gifting only, and resale is not permitted. • All displayed products are subject to availability; if the requested product cannot be provided, you will be notified immediately, and the product or the entire order will be canceled as per agreement.
